This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how HAVEN OF THREADS READYMADE GARMENTS CO. L.L.C. (trading as HAVN) processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through our website within the United Arab Emirates.

1. Shipping coverage

We currently ship across:

  • United Arab Emirates (all emirates)
  • Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain

International shipping is not currently available. All orders must be delivered to a valid UAE address.

2. Processing time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays)
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is successfully processed via Stripe

3. Delivery time

  • Dubai: 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • Other UAE emirates: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier availability

4. Shipping charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery emirate and order value. All charges are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) before you confirm your order.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details

8. Damaged delivery

If your order arrives damaged:
