Yes. HAVN sources and sells quality readymade garments. We stand behind the craftsmanship of every product sold under the HAVN brand.

You may request cancellation before your order is shipped by emailing customerservice@havnme.com with your order number. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

We accept payments securely through Stripe. Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and others as displayed at checkout) are accepted. All transactions are processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).

HAVN regularly updates its collections with new readymade garments and seasonal fashion. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter for the latest arrivals.

Currently, HAVN only ships within the United Arab Emirates. International shipping is not available at this time. All orders must be delivered to a valid UAE address.

Free shipping may be available on eligible orders. Any applicable offer will be displayed at checkout before you complete payment. Shipping charges, if any, are shown in AED.

If your delivery is delayed, please contact us at customerservice@havnme.com with your order number. We will liaise with our courier partner to resolve the issue. Delays caused by events beyond our control (weather, public holidays, etc.) are not our liability.

Scheduled delivery is not currently available. Deliveries are made during standard courier hours. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Email customerservice@havnme.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. In those cases, HAVN will cover return shipping costs.

We cannot accept returns for used or damaged items (unless due to our error), items without original packaging or tags, or products marked as Final Sale. Underwear and intimate apparel may be excluded for hygiene reasons.

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached. See our full Refund & Return Policy for details.
