This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made from HAVN, the trading name of HAVEN OF THREADS READYMADE GARMENTS CO. L.L.C. We want you to be completely satisfied with your readymade garment purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return eligibility

  • You may request a return if:
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • The product is returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

2. Non-returnable items

  • We do not accept returns for:
  • Used or damaged products (not due to our error)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items marked as Final Sale / Non-returnable

3. Damaged or incorrect products

  • If you receive:
  • A damaged product
  • A wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Return Process

  • Email us at customerservice@havnme.com with your order number and reason for return
  • Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and dispatch it as instructed
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned item
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe
  • Refund amount will be in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams)
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item)

6. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping within the UAE is the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect
  • For defective or wrong items, HAVEN OF THREADS READYMADE GARMENTS CO. L.L.C. will arrange collection or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs

7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed based on product availability
  • Only for unused items within return window
