These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the HAVN website operated by HAVEN OF THREADS READYMADE GARMENTS CO. L.L.C. By accessing our website, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

HAVN offers readymade garments and fashion products including clothing, footwear, and accessories for men and women. All products are sold by HAVEN OF THREADS READYMADE GARMENTS CO. L.L.C.

  • All product descriptions, images, and sizes are provided for reference. Slight variations in colour or fit may occur.
  • We strive to display accurate product information, but errors may occur and we reserve the right to correct them.
  • Product availability is subject to change without prior notice.
  • All sales are subject to these Terms and our Refund & Return Policy.

3. Pricing & payments

  • All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include applicable VAT where required by UAE law.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards as displayed at checkout.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorisation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or pricing errors.

4. Orders & cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified after processing has begun.
  • You may request cancellation before your order is shipped by contacting customerservice@havnme.com.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

5. Shipping & delivery

  • We deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by emirate and courier partner.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs (if applicable), or events beyond our reasonable control.
  • You must provide accurate and complete delivery details. We are not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect information provided by you.

6. Returns & refunds

  • Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
  • Eligible returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe after inspection of returned items.

7. Warranty

  • We source quality readymade garments and stand behind the craftsmanship of our products.
  • Manufacturing defects reported within 14 days of delivery will be addressed under our Refund & Return Policy.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised alterations.

8. User responsibilities

By using our website, you agree:
